Alice now lives in Bremen
(Zolling) The 2016 German Champion in the show jumping class for ladies, Simone Blum, now has new stables for her championship horses
2016 has been a very successful year for Simone Blum in more ways than one. In May she completed her Master's degree in Chemistry and Biology. After securing the Amazons vice-championship with her successful horse Flying Boy, she continued her winning streak with the 9-year-old chestnut mare Alice in Balve, winning the championship title in the show jumping class.
To keep pace with all these positive equestrian developments, the training conditions at home underwent a refurbishment. The Gut Eichenhof farm of the Blum family in idyllic Upper Bavaria was renovated to meet the latest requirements. New stables were built. Alice, Flying Boy & Co. now peep out of the extra-large "Bremen" model stalls supplied by Röwer & Rüb.
Simone Blum trains a total of sixteen horses every day with her partner Hans Günter Goskowitz. The facility can accommodate up to 43 horses. To help training, the Blum family had a "Teomatic" horsewalker installed, also supplied by Röwer & Rüb.
The conditions at the facility are ideal. Bright, warm stables with large stalls, washing and grooming stations, solarium, indoor and outdoor riding arenas, horsewalker, lungeing arena and generously dimensioned pastures – everything that a horse and its rider can wish for.
We wish Simone Blum the very best on her continuing road to success and thank her for her confidence in our work!
