Amsterdam overseas

(Overseas) Chic new horse stables have been added to the equestrian yard of the Chiemgauhof.

Chiemsee is beautiful at any time of the year. The Chiemgauhof, located directly next to the lake, is ideal for taking a vacation from everyday life. There are lots of options for spending your time in Chiemgau. Some of these are on the doorstep of the Chiemgauhof, such as relaxing on the centre's own beach, enjoying romantic sunsets or active activities such as sailing, surfing and canoeing. The excursion boats to the Fraueninsel and Herreninsel islands are within easy reach. In winter visitors will find ideal conditions for skiing and hiking.

They can, however, experience Chiemgau in a very different way - on the back of a horse. The barn is located directly behind the hotel. It accommodates four proud Spanish horses. Several of the chic Pura Raza Espaniols (P.R.E.) are also for sale. Guests at the Chiemgauhof can bring their own horses which are lodged in the smart new "Amsterdam" stables supplied by Röwer&Rüb. The idyllic Chiemgau can be explored on wonderful horseback treks. This is quality time of a very special kind.

The Chiemgauhof has an eventful history and is now owned by the fourth generation of the family. The Imdahl family always enjoys telling its guests more about it.
