Dream stables, Dutch style
Dream horse stables have now been erected in the Netherlands. A private show jumping and stud farm that could not be more appealing is currently under construction in the south of the Netherlands.
This project was great fun for all involved. As the owner knew exactly what he wanted for his horses, he built a beautiful, generously dimensioned and horse-friendly riding centre with great sensitivity and aesthetic sense. Centuries-old bricks and roof tiles were used with great attention to detail and now exude a sense of history at the new facility.
The light, bright stable with its large stalls can accommodate 30 horses. The centre is surrounded by spacious meadows and paddocks. The oval horsewalker measures 20x40 metres. Twelve horses can be exercised here at the same time. The horsewalker is fully covered, has an internal area of 15x35 metres and is used for free jumping and breaking in young horses. The interior of the facility features a number of clever details. For example, the surround also serves as a storage space for free jumping fences.
The training options in the huge riding arena and outdoor spaces are ideal.
We are very honoured to have been part of this wonderful project and wish the team of Stal Keizersberg all the very best in the future.
