SCOTT BRASH - NEW STABLE INSTALATION
21st Century Horse Ltd have completed installation of state of the art stabling for Scott Brash MBE, Team GB’s Olympic Show Jumping Gold medallist. The contract included stable fronts, partitions and barn doors for his new yard in West Sussex, England. 21st Century Horse are Röwer & Rüb’s exclusive UK/Ireland Partner.
Scott, currently the world’s highest ranked Equestrian Show jumper recently made history by being the first ever rider to win the sports “Grand Slam”. He commented: “Having seen the Röwer & Rüb equipment and considered all other options, I was impressed by all aspects of the package. It was an easy decision to go for the superior quality of these units and the local service offered by 21st Century has supported that decision. We particularly appreciated the thought that goes into the overall design and the quality of engineering and production techniques that ensure the protection of our horses whilst also making the equipment easy to operate.”
The new stables feature Röwer & Rüb’s popular ‘Hannover’ range which have 2 part hinged doors, 50mm galvanised ‘C section’ steel frames and 32mm bamboo inserts complete with ventilation slots.
The use of bamboo in stabling was pioneered by Röwer & Rüb some 14 years ago. Jamie Bennett, 21st Century Horse’s Commercial Director says: “The use of ‘eco-friendly’ Bamboo and its strength and safety benefits was a contributory factor to Scott’s decision”.
