Röwer & Rüb erected a new stable barn in laminated truss construction for a stud farm in the Normandy. The lighting ridge with a width of 2 m, opens with the help of a motor and provides plenty of light and air at any time.
A new yearling barn of a French racing stable is getting equipped by Röwer & Rüb horse stalls and windows.
The 40 horse stalls out of the series Verden, which are as well as the windows powder – coated and are furnished with the rotating trough. Like this foals are becoming the racing horses of tomorrow.

With a central drive tower no longer required, the new horse walker program by Röwer & Rüb creates unforeseen opportunities.
The interior area can not only be used for lunging or storage, it also provides in terms of planning, a higher degree of design flexibility.
Due to the patented, new drive system, the oval horse walker can be installed in narrower areas. It can even be built around trees, posts, girders and can be set up in existing buildings.
The new and very trendy natural shades of powder coating presented by Röwer & Rüb add a timeless elegance to any stable. The colours range from sandy and brown shades to a subdued red and a sophisticated blue shade.
Plus our gates, windows and especially doors now come in new designs with cross-bars and arched shapes that also provide stable doors with an attractive look. The selection of models is huge and may now be viewed in our show room in Thedinghausen.
Three horses, food storage and coach house: individual requests have been ideally implemented on 100 m² of space in the direct vicinity of the Equitana grounds in Essen.
Access to the generous coach house is through a separate gate for safe storage of the coaches that are easily accessible at all times without any great need for manoeuvring.
Short distances and plenty of comfort also make it much easier and quicker to take care of the horses. This leaves more time for driving.
Dull and gloomy outside? No problem! The skylight panels in the roof provide pleasant, natural light and a friendly atmosphere, even when the weather is bad. This even helps to save energy as there is less of a need to put the light on.
The lungeing hall built near to Luhmühlen training centre measures 18 metres in diameter. Wind protection nets provide plenty of fresh air while still keeping the wind and rain away. The covered entrance area ensures that spectators are also kept dry.
Ideal, relaxed conditions, therefore, for training the horses.
A very pleasant atmosphere surely offers the very best working conditions! Emily Maria Biella has fulfilled her dream in Italy and set up her very own private facility in the picturesque landscape of Gazzola. Needless to say, she also needed a horse walker that blends in perfectly with the overall picture.
Measuring 23 m in diameter, the laminated truss hall offers enough space for a suspended horse walker with inner lungeing circle; a 2 m high exclusive fence safely separates the two elements so that these can be used independently of each other.
An example that could set a precedent: open stable and horse stalls under one roof. This individual design customised for Icelandic horses is naturally also feasible for all other breeds. The open entrances that can be fitted with doors at any time, together with the generous skylight ridge roof, provide lots of light and air for 120 m² of well-used space.Whether horse stall or open stable, the roughage is fed from the passageway in each case. This saves time and food, as the hay cannot be pulled through the feeding grate with the litter.
