Rob Ehrens has once more erected a new facility in Weert in the Netherlands. The 3.6 hectare site now has new stables with 36 large stalls, a 57 x 32 m indoor arena and an oval horsewalker for 10 horses.
The oval horsewalker with a tarpaulin roof in the show park in Thedinghausen was dismantled in December, sent to Spain and reassembled there. Now a brand new oval horsewalker, to which several changes have been made, is on display in Thedinghausen. It was previously shown at the EQUITANA 2017 trade fair in Essen.
Dream horse stables have now been erected in the Netherlands. A private show jumping and stud farm that could not be more appealing is currently under construction in the south of the Netherlands.
This project was great fun for all involved. As the owner knew exactly what he wanted for his horses, he built a beautiful, generously dimensioned and horse-friendly riding centre with great sensitivity and aesthetic sense. Centuries-old bricks and roof tiles were used with great attention to detail and now exude a sense of history at the new facility.
(Zolling) The 2016 German Champion in the show jumping class for ladies, Simone Blum, now has new stables for her championship horses
2016 has been a very successful year for Simone Blum in more ways than one. In May she completed her Master's degree in Chemistry and Biology. After securing the Amazons vice-championship with her successful horse Flying Boy, she continued her winning streak with the 9-year-old chestnut mare Alice in Balve, winning the championship title in the show jumping class.
(Fraunberg) A great deal has happened this year at the Birkenhof stud farm. The barn has been renovated and a horsewalker was installed.
The Birkenhof stud farm, located in a secluded setting near Fraunberg in Bavaria, is a beautiful place to breed and train horses. Peace, a relaxed atmosphere, a very well-tended environment and a committed team offer equestrian training and sport at a very high level.
In only a few days a new horsewalker with track roof will be installed at the Syker Strasse in Thedinghausen.
The facility has a diameter of 15m and covers the track over a width of 3.80m. The base plates of the solid steel beams all face outwards. This means that any potential stumbling points for horses and riders have been eliminated. This model naturally does not have any hazardous wind bracing on the walls.
Ticino is famous for its picturesque landscapes and its wines with their strong character. Horse-riding is another favourite pastime in the area.
Carlo Pfyffer, a famous Swiss show jumper and trainer, has extended and modernised his equestrian centre and decided to install an oval Röwer & Rüb horsewalker.
Mountains, limited space or old trees? Loose boxes are the perfect solution for difficult sites, as the modular system means that they can be combined in any form and number. In Switzerland they were equipped at the rear with a monopitch roof, doors and paddocks. Other factors such as the snow load play an important role in this case - naturally also for the track roof of the Freimatic horsewalker.
